Today is the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, which emerged from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s (TRC) Call to Action #80. This is a day for recognition and remembrance of the ongoing harm caused by residential schools. It is also a day for reflection and action.
Reconciliation is a responsibility we all share. We encourage you to reflect on the TRC’s 10 Principles of Reconciliation shared in this video and commit to applying them in your own life.
